The weeks are counting down to the state pageant and I can see all of us improving through our preparation...so exciting! The third quarter of school just ended so that means only nine weeks left of my freshman year! This summer, I look forward to volunteering at 4000 Valley Square nursing home and will keep busy dancing and attending volleyball camps.
I have a lot to look forward to in the process of getting ready for the upcoming state competition! Practicing is crucial if you want to have a successful outcome, but it's not all work...it's a lot of fun, too! Getting to know the titleholders is the best! Right now, I'm working with my committee with wardrobe and talent decisions and will soon begin mock interviews to prepare for the interview phase of competition at state. I can't wait to also see what the other girls are working on!
